(vandana.nath@ipu.ac.in)Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an emerging field and can find its application in everywhere from health care to security, tracking and agriculture. The session will provide a platform to come up with new ideas and minds of women researchers, innovators and pioneered leaders in the area of RFID to share their thoughts with each other. This session specially invites latest research and unpublished works on RFID. Some of interesting areas are antenna design, signal processing, computation, implementation of RFID based systems, active tags, 3D and inkjet printing, and many more. This platform will enable the female race to develop an innovative solution for advancement in the field of RFID Technology. This in turn will help in the empowerment of female candidates and in the development of crucial issues of women security, development and maintenance of smart cities.
If a woman helps another woman, amazing things can happen; it will hence create a pool of opportunities in this digitally disruptive world. As change is the new normal and every human being is now striving to adapt that change, this conference will empower women and encourage others too. The session also aims to create an inclusive culture that will spark gender diversity and eventually lead to great results.
