The virtual conference foresees live sessions where authors can present and answer Q&A live with attendees within a time slot of 15 minutes.
Please carefully check in EDAS the right time of your presentation. The time you see corresponds to that indicated in your preferred time zone (From My ProfileEditChange email address, affiliation and contact informationPreferred time zone for deadlines and virtual conferences).
You have to advise the session chair of your presence in the virtual room.
During the dedicate time slot, you can decide to run the pre-recorded video or to present live by sharing your screen. Your presence at the session and your presentation are essential for the publication of the article on the conference proceedings and on the IEEE Xplore. If you have any time zone issues please promptly contact the technical program Committee (alice.buffi@unipi.it, f.amato@ieee.org).
