IEEE RFID-TA 2021 Best Student Paper Award

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

The IEEE RFID-TA 2021 Organizing Committee and Technical Program Committee congratulate the students who participate to the Best Student Paper Award Competition.

Criteria: The IEEE RFID-TA 2021 Organizing Committee establish the IEEE RFID-TA 2021 Best Student Paper Award to recognize the young students who present at the conference the most interesting paper in terms of content and impact on RFID topics. In selecting the awardee, other factors considered are originality, clarity and oral presentation. Interested students are encouraged to apply after carefully reviewing the following information to insure their eligibility and ability to comply with application requirements and deadlines.

 

Administration: The award will be administered by the RFID-TA 2021 Organizing Committee.

 

Eligibility: Candidates must submit electronically their contribution to IEEE RFID-TA 2021 according to the Conference standards (to secure publication in IEEE Xplore) by June 30, 2021. If accepted, they must present their paper orally in a session of IEEE RFID-TA 2021. Candidates of accepted papers must email a short CV with the paper log number to award-rfid-ta2021@ieee-rfid.org by the deadline of September 14, 2021.

 

The people eligible for this award are young students aged no more than thirty as of June 30, 2021.

 

Award Announcement: The winner of the Best Student Paper Award will be announced during the Concluding Ceremony on 8 October 2021.

 

Publicity: The winners of the IEEE RFID-TA 2021 award will be acknowledged on IEEE Xplore in a special page entitled: “Winners of the IEEE RFID-TA 2021 Award”

 

Schedule:

  1. June 30, 2021– Electronic submission of abstract.
  2. September 14, 2021– Electronic submission of the final paper on the RFID-TA 2021 website and full registration of those authors who are candidates for the award.
  3. September 14, 2021– Candidates must email their short biographical sketch and research activity summary together with the log number of the paper(s) to be considered for the award to: award-rfid-ta2021@ieee-rfid.org.
